MS nylon microporous membrane pleated filter cartridge is made of naturally hydrophilic nylon filter membrane and polypropylene material parts, which has excellent chemical compatibility and mechanical strength, and its surface can be modified by positive charge. It can be widely used in the filtration of strong alkali, weak acid and organic solvents. It has no fiber shedding, uniform pore size and strong flexibility. Each filter cartridge has passed the integrity test and fully meets the application requirements of filtration. MS nylon series filter cartridges, combined with different local application scenarios, have refined their configurations to form different sub-series to meet the needs of different customers for products, such as PolymidPure、MinyPure-NZ and Photo-Novel, etc. Each series has different characteristics and applications, and we can choose the appropriate Nylon pleated filter cartridge for you according to your needs.
MinyPure-NZ Series Positively Charged Modified Nylon 6,6 Pleated Filter Cartridge
MinyPure-NZ series Nylon pleated filter cartridge is made of positively charged modified nylon 66 membrane which can provide enhanced retention of fine particles smaller than the membrane’s rating, such as endotoxins in water. It has excellent chemical compatibility and mechanical strength. After special cleaning steps, the filter membrane has low precipitation and no shedding. It can be widely used in the filtration of strong alkali, weak acid and organic solvents. Due to reasonable structure, MinyPure-NZ offers high flow rate, high flux and low extractables, available in particulate and bioreduction grades and in sterilizing-grades with low cost.
PolymidPure Series Nylon66 Pleated Filter Cartridge with High Strength and High Temperature Resistance
PolymidPure Nylon 6,6 membrane pleated filter cartridge uses a controlled porosity and naturally hydrophilic Nylon 6,6 membrane, which contains any wetting agents, has excellent chemical compatibility and mechanical strength. After special cleaning steps, the filter membrane has low precipitation and no shedding. It can be widely used in the filtration of strong alkali, weak acid and organic solvents. High quality all-polypropylene components and high strength Nylon 6,6 membrane with polyester support layer have excellent heat and pressure resistance and meet the requirements of most applications. PolymidPure can provide a sterilizing-grade filter cartridge with double layer 0.2μm membrane. A validation guide for compliance with regulatory requirements is available.
