Available in five sizes for scalable use throughout process development and production
Reliable pressure monitoring for critical filtration, separation, and chromatography processes
Reliable pressure control is vital for efficiency and safety in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. SciLog® SciPres® sensors provide precise measurement and documentation of pressure across a wide range of filtration, separation, and purification processes.
Each sensor is pre-calibrated, NIST-traceable, and carries a unique ID for secure data storage and easy integration into GMP workflows. Validated for gamma irradiation, autoclaving, and sodium hydroxide sterilisation, they are designed to meet the stringent demands of modern single-use systems.
With five available sizes, SciPres® sensors support scalability from development to full production. By ensuring accurate monitoring of critical parameters such as transmembrane pressure and delta column pressure, they help optimise yields, protect system integrity, and maintain process consistency.
The SciPres® Monitor enables accurate, real-time pressure measurement using SciLog® Single-Use Pressure Sensors. It supports up to three simultaneous inputs (P1, P2 and P3) and offers a user-selectable readout for transmembrane pressure (TMP) and differential pressure (dP), supporting clear visibility of critical filtration parameters.
The monitor also provides four TTL alarm switches with user-defined high and low limits, and features both analogue and digital (RS-232) outputs for straightforward integration into process control and data-logging systems.
