The intelligent SciLog BioProcess Systems are used to optimize and automate bioprocess solutions in different areas of interest.
In the area of filtration, software-driven systems operate by normal flow filtration (FilterTec(Plus)™) or tangential flow filtration (PureTec™). FilterTec(Plus)™ systems is used for filterability studies, Vmax determination and filter-train-studies and automatically adjusts feedrate and backpressure. PureTec™ systems are mainly used for protein concentration and diafiltration.
In the area of metering and monitoring bioreactors, ChemTec™ systems adjust feed by weight or volume to maintain bioreactor pH and retentate weight based on defined time schedules or feedback from sensors. MabTec™ systems perform feeding, recirculation and perfusion of high density bioreactors, such as HD cell culture, to reduce shear forces and to balance bioreactor weight/volume (-/+ 0,5 %).
LabTec™ systems are used for repetitive dispensing of sterile solutions with or without in-line filter sterilization in media kitchens and microbiology laboratories. These systems are also used for small productions to fill flasks and containers.
