Cartridge Filter

Placed in a safe stainless steel housing and available in a range of different lengths, pore sizes and media types, these cartridge filters are validated filters and cater to a variety applications such as sterile filtration, pre-filtration and large area filtration. Wide range of Biopharma focused membrane based filters for both sterile & non sterile applications. We offer a range of media including PES, PVDF, PTFE, NYLON, Cellulose Nitrate, Glassfiber in the form of Cartridge Filters, Capsule Filters and Disc Membrane Filters. Capsule Filter

Capsule filters are independent ready to use, disposable units that do not require any additional housings. These are designed and develop in a way, where no special skill is required for installation and operation. Membrane Filter

Membrane Disc filters are micro- porous plastic films with specific pore size ratings to retain particles or microorganisms that are larger than their pore size primarily by surface capture. MDI offers range of disc filters to suit various applications like sterile filtration of buffers, media, and aqueous solutions, bioburden reduction, clarification and particulate removal, pharmaceutical aqueous and non aqueous solutions etc.

Syringe Filter

PureChrom series of disposable syringe filter devices are designed to provide rapid and efficient filtration of aqueous and organic solutions. These are available in various membrane options and different pore sizes and are ready to use for laboratory sample preparation, chromatography and spectroscopy applications. These syringe filters offer fast and efficient removal of impurities from samples prior to chromatography processes and extend column lifetime

Vacuum Filtration Devices

MDI AseptiVac® are gamma sterile, ready to use disposable vacuum filtration devices with a unique pleated cartridge filter built into a cap which fits into the neck of the receiver. This design reduces the height of the system making it more stable. Vacufil® filters have a hydrophobic filter in the vacuum arm to prevent passage of filtrate to the pump. These filters screw perfectly on to vacuum safe bottles with 45mm neck size.

AseptiBag™ Gold

MDI AseptiBag™ Gold systems provide validated and reliable single use disposable solutions for biopharmaceutical process requirements such as storage and transfer of sterile media, process intermediates, sterile buffers with wide ranging pH, sterile drug substances and formulations. These are well characterized for various physical, chemical and microbiological properties to alleviate all the above mentioned concerns.

AseptiLink™ ST

MDI AseptiLink™ ST steam through connectors are designed to provide safer, secure and validated connection for transfer of sterile fluids. This connector enables integration of steamable hard piped processing systems to gamma sterilized disposable flow paths in single use assemblies. MDI AseptiLink™ ST, as part of the gamma irradiated single use disposable assembly is connected to stainless steel vessels/piping through its 25mm sanitary flange inlet connection. This connection is steam sterilized, along with SS component of the process flow, effecting a sterile connection between the two.

AseptiLiner™ 3D Liner Bags

AseptiLiner™ 3D liners are specially designed for biopharmaceutical processes involving storage and transfer of process intermediates such as post centrifuge slurries and pellets. The easy to seal design using wire ties ensures leak proof storage and transfer. -Preparation of media and buffers before filtration -Pooling process intermediate solutions -Waste collection from downstream purification processes

SteriCheck® Canisters

SteriCheck Closed Sterility Test System offers the complete sterility testing solution. Right from sampling, filtration, media exposure, until incubation, the entire activity takes place in a closed loop to do away with the possibility of any extraneous contamination and therefore false positives. The absence of anti-microbial/ bacteriostatic components, and complete washing away such substances in the drug product ensures no false negatives. SteriCheck canisters are presterilized, non-toxic, non-pyrogenic, ready to use, sterility testing device. The twin canisters along with the tubing is packed individually in a blister pack. The SteriCheck device has been validated for microbial retention, microbial recovery, equal splitting and sterility.

Tyvek & Clean Steam Bag

In the fast-growing biopharmaceutical market, the need for ultra-clean sterilizable packaging is growing quickly, often driven by regulatory authorities and cGMP regulations. Eliminating any risk of delivering a contaminated parenteral drug that could be hazardous to a patient’s health or life is the key concern driving these regulations. With our breathable, Tyvek based steam and Easy-Tear steam bags, we respond to this need by providing sterilizable, cleanroom packaging that is virtually free of any type of particle or contamination.
