SteriPure-B series PES pleated filter cartridge is made of imported asymmetric PES membrane, which has ultra-low protein binding and dissolution/precipitation level. Its good heat resistance enables the filter cartridge to withstand multiple moist heat sterilization. Batch bacteria challenge guarantees the stable bacteria removal ability of the filter cartridge. Due to the reasonable structure of SteriPure-B, the advantages of high flow rate and high dirt holding capacity of asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane can be fully utilized. SteriPure-B can provide better performance compared to similar products, while ensuring low cost.

Raw materials procurement, product design, production and storage, all operations follow ISO 9001 quality management system. SteriPure-B is manufactured and packaged in a 100,000 level cleanroom to ensure product cleanliness. SteriPure-B filter cartridges undergo 100% integrity testing before leaving the factory, and validation guide that meets regulatory requirements is available.

· Compatibility

SteriPure-B filter cartridge is hot melt welded, and does not contain any adhesive. This product uses naturally hydrophilic PES membrane and food contact grade polypropylene components, which works in pH 1-14 environment for a long time and has very low precipitation.

· Economy

The optimized structure of filter cartridges can take full advantages of the excellent performance of filter membrane, so that the cost of the filter element cartridge remains the same while getting higher efficiency. The service life of this product can reach 2 times as long as that of similar products.
