Filtration Separation Purification

Filtration & Separation & Purification

CleaSep® Membrane Element is a crossflow microfiltration module that provides a sustainable and economic solution for membrane-based beer clarification and stabilization, specifically developed as an alternative to traditional diatomaceous earth filters used in breweries. Typical applications are the filtration of beer, wine, juice, and beverages.
· CleaSep® Membrane Element is assembled and sealed into reusable stainless-steel housings and designed for cross flow filtration systems
· High porosity membrane with high solids loading capacity for beer colloids High mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance
· Reliable yeast reduction (99.9%)
· Reproducible in-situ module functioning tests
Operation of CleaSep® membrane elements at any combination of maximum limits of pH, concentration of chemicals or temperature, during cleaning or production as mentioned in the documents supplied by the installation supplier, could influence the membrane and/or elements' lifetime.
