Filtration Separation Purification

The SteriPure series PES pleated filter cartridge is made of naturally hydrophilic, highly asymmetric polyethersulfone filter membrane, suitable for the removal of microorganisms and particles in various fluids. It has excellent high service life and high initial flux, which can effectively protect the final filter cartridge in critical applications and improve the cost-effectiveness of the filtration system. It also has good heat resistance and can withstand hot water disinfection and steam sterilization for a long time. The removal rate of the filter cartridge to typical bacteria in industry passes bath validation. Longer flux can be provided while effectively reducing the load.

Raw materials procurement, product design, production and storage, all operations follow ISO 9001 quality management system. SteriPure is manufactured and packaged in a 100,000 level cleanroom. This product undergoes 100% integrity testing before leaving the factory

· Compatibility

SteriPure filter cartridge is hot melt welded, and does not contain any adhesive. This product uses naturally hydrophilic PES membrane and food contact grade polypropylene components, which works in pH 1-14 environment for a long time and has very low precipitation.

In many applications, the proven sterile-grade filter cartridges are not necessary but require reliable filter cartridges to reduce turbidity and biological load. SteriPure can provide the best performance and lowest cost in these applications.
