SteriPure-P series PES pleated filter cartridge is made of double-layer imported asymmetric PES membrane. The double-layer filter membrane is specially designed so that the filter cartridge has reliable sterilization ability and can provide longer flux. The perfect combination of the pre-filter membrane and the final filter membrane makes SteriPure-P have more anti-pollution ability and longer service life than ordinary polyethersulfone pleated filter cartridge in most applications.

Raw materials procurement, transportation, production and storage, all operations follow ISO 9001 quality management system. SteriPure-P is manufactured and packaged in a 100,000 level cleanroom. This product undergoes 100% integrity testing before leaving the factory, and validation guide that meets regulatory requirements is available.

· Compatibility

SteriPure-P filter cartridge is hot melt welded, and does not contain any adhesive or surfactant. The materials used in this product include polyethersulfone, polypropylene, and Silicone (or EPDM), which works in pH 1-14 environments for a long time and has very low precipitation. It is suitable for cell culture medium, buffer, disinfectant and other liquid filtration under different loads.

· Economy

According to the structure characteristics of the filter membrane, SteriPure-P selects the most suitable pre-filter layer and final filter layer. The reasonable structure endows SteriPure-P with excellent pollution resistance, providing ideal service life and retention efficiency even in high load processes.

SteriPure-P uses an asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane as prefiltration, greatly slowing down the blockage rate of the final filtration membrane and increasing the dirt holding capacity per unit area of the filtration membrane. Due to the characteristics of asymmetric membranes, SteriPure-P can ensure a low and stable pressure difference during most of the filtration process, providing an ideal flow rate for the process. SteriPure-P can greatly reduce the cost of replacing filter cartridges and energy loss during the filtration process.
