PP Pleated Cartridge Filter
MS polypropylene (PP) pleated filter cartridge is made of polypropylene microfiber hot-melt entanglement, and the fiber randomly forms a three-dimensional microporous structure in space. The cage, core, and end cap of the filter cartridge all adopt hot-melt welding technology, does not contain any adhesive, clean environment production, no pollution, no leakage, and has broad chemical compatibility. The precision range of the filter cartridge is 0.1-50μm, and the size is 5inch, 10inch, 20inch, 30inch, 40inch, etc. It has the characteristics of high flow rate, large pollutant retention capacity, broad chemical compatibility and so on. MS polypropylene (PP) series filter cartridges, combined with different local application scenarios, have refined their configurations to form different sub-series to meet the needs of different customers for products, such as PolyPure ® Classic , PolyPure ® AB and PolyPure ® D, etc. Each series has different characteristics and applications, and we can choose the appropriate PP pleated filter cartridge for you according to your needs.
PolyPure-AB Series PP Pleated Filter Cartridge with Higher Removal Efficiency
PPA series PP pleated filter cartridge is made of multi-layer PP microfiber. With gradient pore size and high strength support, the filter cartridge has high retention efficiency and high flow rate. The full PP structure enables the filter cartridge to be applied to the filtration of various acid and alkali and organic solvents.
PolyPure-Classic Series PP Pleated Filter Cartridge with High Flux and High Flow Rate
PPC series PP pleated filter cartridge is made of high fluffy polypropylene filter material, which has the characteristics of high flow rate and high dirt holding capacity. It has excellent cost performance as clarification filter and pre-filter. The full PP structure enables the filter cartridge to be applied to the filtration of various acid and alkali and organic solvents.
PolyPure-D Series Multi-layer PP Pleated Filter Cartridge with Long Service Life
PPD adopts multi-layer gradient PP fiber material, which combines the advantages of depth filtration and pleated filtration, so that the filter cartridge has high dirt holding capacity and high retention efficiency.
