Type P Design
The Type P flangeless tube connection system incorporates a PTFE seal housed in a 316 stainless steel case. The Type P fitting system uses a one-piece ferrule, which fits permanently to the outside of the semirigid tubing.
Type P Applications
· High purity, high chemical resistance, low dead volume, repeat connection and disconnection
· Shallow depth and PTFE ports
Type P Compatibility
· 1/16”, 3/16”, or 1/8” OD semi-rigid tubing
· Connections to 1/4”-28 UNF, M6, or 5/16”-24 UNF threaded flat-bottom ports
· Pressure rated up to 1,000 psi (69 bar)
